Ann neatly summarizes the benefits of incorporating, business entity types and the incorporating process.

In addition the the number one reason for incorporating, protecting personal assets, she also cites the tax benefits (pension, profit sharing and stock ownership plans available only to corporations) to both lower a company's taxable income as well as medical, life and disability insurance premiums that are tax-deductible.

Ann touches on LLC and S-Corporation tax status, a capital-raising method
s that corporations can use and the added credibility and stability a corporation or LLC adds to a new business.
