We want to offer an informal forum to talk about forming a corporation or LLC and provide some tips and updates.
We've just re-launched our website after some extensive renovations and want to get your comments about what we've done and how we can help you.
As a start, we want to share a recent development in the State of Delaware. The State of Delaware annual taxes for corporations and LLCs are increasing. The LLC tax increases from $200 to $250, while the minimum annual franchise tax for corporations increases from $35 to $70. This increase, while effective January 1, 2008, will not actually impact companies until they pay their annual tax in 2009.
